The above Asphalt Drum Mix Plant comes complete in all respects including the following:- 1. Four Bin Feeder fitted with variable speed motors and Gear Box. 2. Single Deck Vibratory Screen for removal of oversize material. 3. Slinger Conveyor for feeding cold aggregates into the dryer drum. 4. Cera-wool insulated and aluminium sheet cladded dryer drum fitted with burner. 5. Water pollution Control System (Wet Scrubber). 6. Hot conveyor fitted with gob hopper for discharging hot mix material onto tipper truck. 7. Mineral Filler fitted with rotary and blower. 8. Glass Wool insulated bitumen (asphalt) tank fitted with burner and bitumen pump station. 9. Hot oil circulation system with jacketed pipelines to prevent clogging of bitumen. 10. Fuel Storage tank. 11. Fully insulated control cabin fitted with air conditioner and micro processor based electronic control panel having feather touch controls, totaliser and printer.
