1. Each bin have independent belt conveying weighing system driven by AC variable speed motors synchronize with load cells. 2. Dryer unit completely insulated. 3. Dust suction by primary dust collector with bag house air pollution control unit. 4. Dust-filler refilling arrangement is provided with storage silo & bucket elevator. 5. Hot aggregate service hoppers are insulated. 6. Retention hopper is insulated. 7. Mixing unit (pug mill) is jacketed type for thermic fluid circulation with outside insulation. 8. Bitumen service bucket is jacketed type for thermic fluid circulation with outside insulation. 9. Additional storage silo facility can be provided if required.
