Vulcan Wooden Doors are tested as per standards of third party certification from Intertek Warnock Hersey/ ITS certification scheme complying North American Codes (NFPA 252, ANSI, UL 10(C), UL 10(B), UBC -7-2 CAN 4-S104 and ChiltenInternatiomal Fire. Vulcan Timber doors are also approved under BM Trada under the scheme of Q mark Fire doors complying BS 476 part 22. Frames fire rated frames are made with solid wood of density varying from 600-800 kg/m3 & composites depending upon the certification. Frames are then painted to the required colour. Shutters Fire rated shutters are made with Particle chip boards, Mineral cores & Composite cores. Non fire rated doors can be made with Hollow core or Honey comb infill. Single Doors from size Width 650-1214 mm X Height 1500-2743 mm can be made. Double Doors from size Width 1200-2438 mm X Height 1500-2743 mm can be made. Vulcan Timber Doors are available in the following ranges, : FD30, FD 45, FD60, FD90 & FD 120. Door thickness varying from 35 mm to 65 mm thick are available depending on requirements.
