Fire Rated Metal Doors

We are making and supplying of Fire Rated Metal Doors in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The outer frame for the door has a rebated section for sealing purpose. The door framework is fabricated out of Steel pipe sections assembled by means of Steel clitting. The vertical members of the door frame are provided with steel plates for sturdiness. The door framework is then lined on both sides with Galvanized Steel sheet. The hollow gap in between the G.I. sheets is filled with Rock wool /Fire Rated H.C. Paper/ Fire Retardant material. The flush door shall also be provided with double glazed vision panel for viewing purpose. The door shall be provided with Fire rated seals & gaskets for sealing purpose. Steel fire-proof door & frame is made of cold-rolled steel, The door is insulated with fire proof material, with its hardware meeting fire-proof,, integrity and insulation requirements. Normally used with door closer. Hardware fire-rating temp. 950 deg. Cel. Frame should be installed with fire proof rubber seal. Door leaf from (1.2mm) (1.6mm) thick pre-galvanised steel sheet. Zinc coating 80-120 g.m2. Lock formed panels with internal stiffeners, 8.0mm thick hinge reinforcing, hardware mounting plates and lock protection. Door frame from (1.6mm) (2.0mm) thick pre-galvanised steel sheet with mitred and welded corners, frame stretchers, hinge reinforcing plates, fixing plates and hardware mounting plates.
