We are offering our customers a wide range of Roller Door. Roller Drum-350mm Diameter All drums are of single piece design machine made to precision dimension, which is ready to be up grade to motorised or Chain assisted operation. Drums are made from Galvanised steel with Nylon sleeve. Precision spring System-Fine Adjustable Fabricated from High Carbon Wire to JIS 3502 and computer calculation for precise combination of spring tension and provide accurate counter balance for each door. All SKB tension spring are tested to minimum 20,000 cycles. Greaseless design Nylon Belt Stripping With 28mm width nylon belts wrapped both sides of door curtain provide a very smooth handling with ease. Nylon belts are tested to 20,000 cycles abrasion test. Aluminium Bottom Bar Heavy Duty Extruded Aluminium sections with PVC Multi-fin weather seal for minimise rain and wind penetrations. It is idea for closing the gap for uneven floor. Cold rolled locked seam joint to curtain permanently. Rigid Torque Tube Design Unique design for even distribution of door curtain tension and keep the curtain rigid in position to prevent any laterally movement and good aesthetic outlook when door is at closed position. Optional External lock Device Heavy Duty Galvanised Steel with Pad Lock ready. Galvanised Guide Rails Heavy Duty Guide rails are pressed formed with galvanised steel of 1.5mm thickness with rubber cushion stopper. Heavy Duty 5 Pins Lockset Provide of over 1200 locking combinations
