The detailedspecifications are as mentioned below.In view of today's specific requirement, we have gone in more details in terms of appropriateraw material i.e. with correct material selection as well as improved manufacturing andmachining processes with correct rnethod and proper material treatment to make the machinemore safe and user friendlY..Salient features for 5 " 'oliftking-Plus" Elevator Gearbox'grade, made by induction(grade Pb2) for better wearresistance.3) The worm shaft will be made of high quality alloy steel material duly hardened andprofile of thread duly ground and finally lapped with worm wheel for maximum contactand minimum backless to overcome starting jerks.4) The electric motor will be of compact size of 3.5 Kw with "F" class insulation.5) The electro- magnetic brake willbe 110 V DC with "F" Class insulation.6) The Base Frame of 4 ,,width 'c' channel with powder coating.
