Even dried in open air after a few days soaking in water, it will not deform or shrink. Invariability: Resistant to deformation in wet, hot and dry conditions Sound insulation: Sound loss through a 9mm thick Tolar TM plate -42dB Heat resistance and preservation: Thermal conductivity of 0.216w/mk Durability: Resistance to corrosion, acid and alkali, long lasting strength Frost resistance: can be exposed at -40 degree Easy installation: easy to cut, saw, nail, drill, stick, and paint. The board has unique smooth and rough surface, the form finish can be sticked with wallpapering, aluminium panels, veneer, pvc, or get painted or sprayed, while the later for tile, marble, granite, etc. Environmentally friendly: free of asbestos, formaldehyde, ammonia and other toxic substances.
