The doors with 10mm thick steel plates, hung on 18 mm square solid hinges. The hinges are interlocking type which provide pillar type support to the doors. The same act as dog bolts. The door & hinges are superimposed with 1mm. Each locks is composed of two independent locking units activated by Stainless steel keys. The left hand unit called the renters unit, can only be unlocked after the custodian has inserted & operated his key in the right hand unit. Also, as soon as the renter has locked his unit (without which he would not be able to disengage his key), he automatically locks the custodians unit.
