our product is made by compact laminate board (or High Pressure Laminate board) (HPL resin board ).It is more strong than the traditional board, resist puissant Impact , resist abrasion , resist burn of cigarette , waterproof, moisture-resistant, anti-static, resist high temperature and fireproof , resist chemical reagents and non-staining capacity, easy to clean , do not crack or deformation or degumming . about our board, The first layer is transparent material (overlay), the second layer is Decorative paper which treated with melamine decorative , inside Board is multi-layer black kraft which was phenolic resin impregnated . it is solid board and press In the high temperature (150 degrees Celsius) and high pressure (1430 psi) environment . Fire-resistant temperature is about 1580 ~ 1770 degrees Celsius . It can be used to make multifarious furniture ,such as cabinet,Lockers, chair ,desk,table ,door, Liqueur etc. It is widely used in schools, swimming pool, sauna and recreation centers, shopping malls and other places . you need not deal with the edge of board or Strengthening Treatment . Can be reduced 50% processing time . you can choose different colors for paper of surface layer , you may choose Single or double-sided colors for surface of board .
