Thermal Insulation Fire Retardant Protective Coating (Open & Closed Cell,Ducting,Chilled Water Pipe & Pipe fitting and Valves ) Class 1 in respect of Surface Spread of flame as per BS 476 -Part 7 DESCRIPTION: STARBOND 30-36 is a tough and flexible adhesive and sealant, forming a durable seal against air leakage. Due to its excellent water, U.V. and abrasion- resistance, it can be used in outdoors as well as indoors in thermal insulation system on metal duct. SURFACE PREPARATION: The surface should be clean, dry and free from oil, grease and loose particles. COVERAGE: On an average 1.5 m2 /per Kg/Coat(With three Coat). Good adhesion and high strength Water resistant can be washed with mild soap Non-toxic & fire resistant Ultra-violet resistance Chemical resistance Anti-fungal & antibacterial Suitable to challenging weather condition High temperature resistance Storage & Shelf Life: Store under cover, protect from direct sunlight and high temperature (>400C). Shelf life is up to 12 months in unopened container when stored as directed. Packing: STARBOND 30-36 is available in 25 kgs air tight Plastic Pail
