Basic Information: Siphon Type Thread size: 1/8; 1/4; 1/2 Material: SS; brass Spray Pattern: Flat fan spray Design Feature: 1. Siphon or Gravity Type Air atomizing nozzle Air pressure is a must, but the liquid pressure is not demanded. 2. When using a siphon or gravity-fed liquid system, the liquid is supplied by either a liquid siphon or a gravity-feed. 3. For Siphon or Gravity type Air atomozing nozzle, there are two spray pattern: Flat Fan spray pattern and Round Spray pattern. 4.Inner structural design makes liquid and air mix fine, then sprays fine. Normally, we could increase the air pressure or reduce the liquid pressure, so that we could make the air atomizing nozzles spray more fine droplets( about 30micron). 5.Keeping liquid pressure and air pressure unchanged, as Adjustable air atomizing nozzle could adjust liquid flow rate, then it also could spray according to your requirement. 6. Every spraying device consists of air cap and liquid cap.So if you want to use the suitable nozzle, then you have to choose the right air cap and liquid cap. 7.There are two inlet in the nozzle body.: liquid inlet and air inlet. We will mark " LIQUID" and "AIR" OR "L" and " A" on the nozzle. "LIQUID" AND "L" stands for liquid inlet, "AIR" and "A" stands for air inlet.
