We are instrumental in providing to our valuable customers excellent quality American Style PVC Steel Door with Frame which is available with following specification:- *Door skins: 26-24guage galvanized steel material *Finish: PVC laminated, different colors are available (according to pvc color chart)or powder coating. *Door core: poly foam. *Wooden edge: finger joint pine. *Door frame: 0.8/1.0/1.2/1.5mm galvanized steel. *Frame styles---knock down packing(mainly) ----Single rebate frame or double rebate frame *Frame thickness(wall thickness): 108mm and 86mm (our company standard) and we can make the frame accorrding to customer requirement. *Bottom sweep holder:steel optinal *Door frame: galvanized steel,wooden jambs is optional(knock down packing without any welding, wood block for the door lock hole and solid wood as lock block) *Standard color : white , black walnut, cherry , maple ,etc. *Fully metal hollow door is optional *Accessories: round lock (5-point lock optional), brass hinge (stainless hinge optional) *Loading capacity: 770 Pieces/40HC or over 660sets(with lock frame and door) *Mainly exported to North America, Canada, Panama, Nigeria etc. *Door size: For Nigeria: 750/840*2000*45mm For Panama: 610/908*2124*45mm For Tobago:807/908*2032*45mm For North America: 28/30/32/36*80*1 3/4 inch Also we can according to customer requirement to do the door size. *Models: 3 panel, 4 panel, 5 panel, 6 panel, 8panel, 9 panel ,side lite door for option.
