Application : The PVC Insulated/Sheath Electric Cable is used as power distribution and transmission line at rated voltage 0.6/1kv which can be fixed installed. Operational Performances : 1. The long-time working temperayure of cable shouldn't be higher than70C. 2. When core is in short-circuit(max 5s)the temperature shouldn't exceed 160C. 3. While installation the ambient temperature shouldn't be lower than 0C, and the bending radius shouldn't be less than 10 times of outer diameter of cable. Installation 1. The installation temperature shouldn't be over 20C, If the ambient temperature is lower than 0C, the cable should be preheated. 2. The bending radius of cable shouldn't be less than 8 times. 3. After installation, the cable should withstand voltage test for 15min. 3.5kv d. C. In air 1. As the single core cable laying in parallel, the distance between the cable's center is 2 tines(for cables, which cross sectional area of conductor 185mm2; )and 90mm(for cables, which cross sectional area of conductor 240mm2); 2.
