We are offering our customers a wide range of Galvanized Steel Sheet, which are available following Specifications :- Grade DC01, SPCC Thickness 0.2mm to 2.0mm Brand Name panhua Model Number 11 Type Steel Coil Technique Cold Rolled Surface Treatment Coated Application sandwich panel Width 914mm to 1250mm Length according to coil weight (1) Cold rolled based: 600000mt/year in both 2 mills by 5 galvanizing lines CW: 4-12MT SGCC, DX51, ASTM A653 CS TypeB, etc 0.21-0.32mm thick, 1000mm wide 0.32-1.25mm thick, 1000-1250mm wide Z60-180+/-20, regular spangle, chromated, unoiled, tension leveled and/or skinpassed (2) Hot rolled based: 300000mt/year in Chongqing mill by one HR based galvanizing line CW: 4-25mt SGCC, DX51, ASTM A653 CS TypeB, etc 1.25-3.50mm thick, 1000-1250mm wide Z60-200+/-20, regular/minimum spangle, chromated, unoiled, skinpassed ID: 508/610mm 1.Characteristics: a) Low-cost: Zinc coating is cheaper than other coatings. b) Lasting and durable: The zinc coating is attached by chemical reaction to become the surface of the steel sheet, therefore, the coating lasts for a long time. Generally, standard zinc coating(Z60 to Z80) can last for 50 years without any repair, while in coastal areas lasting 20 years. c) Strong toughness: The zinc coating owns special metallurgical structure which bears mechanical damages in delivery and application.
