Conventional floor Epoxy screeds and Self level floor coats have been found to flake off, de-bond from the surfaces many a times due to faulty formulations and work practices. In certain cases such coatings have failed in just few weeks and some cases in few months. In general dependability of such coatings remains a question mark. We, at Best Products have developed new formulations where intentional removal of our floor coats and screed has been found difficult. These coatings possess aesthetic looks with very high abrasion resistance and anti-scratch property. PROPERTIES: Best a ESL a FLOOR screed is a three components composition: Mix Ratio : 100 : 35 : 680 : B : H : A (B-Epoxy Base; H- Hardener; A-Aggregate) Mixing : Mix Base and Aggregate thoroughly; then add hardener & mix for 4-5 minutes Leveling : Use spiked roller for avoiding air bubbles Spreading : Spread using a trowel and work with roller Curing : Touch Dry - 2 hrs : Hard Dry - 5 hrs : Total Cure - 24 hours TECHNICAL DATA: Compressive Strength : 900 Kg/cm2 Tensile Strength : 400 kg. /cm2 Flexural Strength : 250 Kg. /cm2 Coverage : 1.5 to 1.6 Kg. / m2 for 1 mm thickness AREAS OF APPLICATION: 1. Industrial Floor coating/finish coating on concrete surface and epoxy screeds 2. On Cement Based surface 3. In production area and warehouse
