The back of the tile is sealed so you can not see through the tile but look through the glass down into the rich color. These Home Decorative Wall Mosaic Tiles has wonderful smooth, rounded edges from the kiln firing and polishes up like a dream after grouting. This glass tile has an interior surface rating for it is fired at a lower temperature to protect the metallic pigments.
