These acrylic coatings are commonly applied on building exteriors, concrete, plaster and asbestos to prevent from different damages caused by water. Our coatings are formulated using high-grade raw materials in strict compliance with international quality standards. The Durastretch Waterproof Coatings are highly flexible as compared to ordinary exterior emulsion paints and have the ability to withstand high temperature. Other details of Durastretch Waterproof Coatings: Elastomeric waterproof coating performs the dual function of waterproofing and decorating masonry surfaces subject to the extremes of moisture and temperature levels. Elastomeric coating is a high quality, flexible acrylic coating with excellent adhesion on masonry surfaces. Left unchecked, water can seep into cracks in stucco, plaster, and masonry surfaces causing the understructure of a building to deteriorate and, in extreme cases, weaken the structure. Moisture in any form can find its way into cracks and openings, but wind driven rain is able to penetrate even the finest cracks. Although an elastomeric waterproof coating effectively seals out moisture, water vapor from within a masonry surface can escape through it without blistering. Elastomeric coating gives an heavy body Higher DFT and smooth finish that is long lasting and flexes with extremes in temperature. Ordinary emulsion paints are not intended for such use and will not fill cracks. Elastomeric coating has the ability to bridge cracks and gaps up to 0.5mm and fill in other surface imperfections to provide a smoother finish. It is formulated to withstand the fluctuations in the tropical climatic conditions and has therefore to expand/contract as per fluctuations in the climactic conditions.
