Our range of fresh air system, ventilation system is designed on the basis of air washer systems. These have an integrated closed enclosure and filtration facility that can be availed as per client requirement. Our systems find wide usage in industries like foundries and hot-zone manufacturing units; where there is a continual need to cool the air. As per the approved standards of the pollution control board, we have in-built recovery wheels and dust collector bags in the exhaust system. The system that comes with air fans of single and double skin aluminum structures can be easily detached and cleaned. The system has the following features and specifications: * Capacity Range- 100 cfm to 50000 cfm and above 45 mm to 450 mm wg static pressure * Unit Type- Single & Double skin, Thermal break profile * Air Washes- FRP coated, in-built, detachable * Filtration- 20, 10, 5, 3 Microns pre filters,0.3 Micron Main filter (hepa) * Fresh Air- Air balancing system (10 % to 100 %) * Air Treatment- Nylon media filter, Ozone generator, Activated carbon filter, wax filter, Electro magnetic filter * Fan Type- Axel Flow, Forward, backward curved Centrifugal fan * Water Pump- Centrifugal monobloc, piston pump * Insulation- Torcellin, puf, nitral rubber, thermocool, thermorex * Electrical- 1 Ph 230 V, 50 Hz, AC, 3 Ph 440 V, 50 Hz, AC, Attachable & Detachable Panel Board * Conforms to ASHRAE, Schedule - M, WHO GMP and International standards
