Using the built-in air dryer to generate low- dew- point extreme dry air, add to hot air circulation loop of the machine to achieve dehumidification and drying of the plastic particles. No heating pipe in the air dryer, no need to regenerative drying, saving energy. New type of suspension double-layer insulation barrel reduce heat loss inside the barrel. Simple design of hot air circulation loop, low in pressure loss, so can use a lower power drying fan, reduce energy consumption. No post-cooler in the drying circuit, heat loss is less. Can use drying heating tube with lower power, reduce energy consumption. Design of dehumidification/drying/conveying three-machine in one, small footprint and easy maintenance Can be transported to 4 directions at most to meet the needs on site. It can be used flexibly with grinder, return mixing device, proportional valve, material box, etc.
