Desiccant Rotors

Product Overview

Desiccant Rotors are simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly solutions for both low humidity and high ventilation needs. The Desiccant Rotors International supplied by us are the result of many man- years of in-depth study and research work on countless permutations and combinations of substrates, desiccants and chemical processes. # Rotors can simply be cleaned on blowing or even washed with water. # Mechanical strength of these rotors is fairly high and can withstand mechanical shocks and vibration strains during manufacturing or, transportation. # The rotors are composed of stable, chemically inert inorganic material and offer excellent resistance to most chemicals. # The rotors are maintenance free and there is no deliquescence, and hence no special storage needs. # The rotors neither burn nor support combustion. The rotors can be reactivated using electric heat, steam, hot water, natural gas LPG, or thermic fluid heaters. # All Ecodry G3 series, rotors allow for a very high water uptake over a vast range of inlet conditions. # The G3 series rotors employ desiccants that do not overload even when exposed to 100% saturated air or liquid water.
