The Custard Apple Pulper contains three mechanism viz. fruit cutting mechanism, fruit scooping mechanism and pulping mechanism. The machine is fully automatic with pneumatic actuators and electronic controls. Fruit is held without any damage and guided while cutting Pulping Mechanism This part of machine contains a special sieve and pulping shaft with beaters. The sieve is made with special design to maintain the shape of the pulp which is present with the seed. Overall Dimensions: i) Cutting & Scooping : 180 cm X 120 cm X 140 cm ii) Pulping Mechanism : 100 cm X 75 cm X 80 cm Capacity: 120Kg/hr Efficiency: Coarse / Intact Pulp recovery: 70-72%; Fine Pulp recovery: 28-30% Compressor of 2 HP Capacity with 200 L tank is required with this machine. Our Scope doesn't include compressor.
