Foam Peeling MachinePeeling machine is used for peeling of continous sheet from flexible foam block. The machine is fitted with syncronized re-winder unit of peeled sheet to make roll which can be directly loaded in the lamination machine. The cutting thickness is set by exchangeable gears of which one set of gears is supplied with the machine by which the thickness of 2mm to 25mm sheet can be cut within the tolerance of 0.01 mm. accuracy. The standard machine is suitable for peeling 2 metre wide block of 1 metre diameter.2 metre wide and 2 metre dia size can be supplied on request.
