The machine body contains 8 sets of rollers with a rolling speed of 180 times/minute. An individual set of roller includes abrasive plates, hard brush, and soft brush. The Clip Eye Let water pump attached to the body can be easily taken out for cleaning. The machine operation is so efficient that it takes only two minutes for cleaning and peeling potatoes with a flesh loss of lower than 6%.
