Our offered Tianyu Leader Brand Lycee Peeling Machine is mainly used to pre-process lychees for lychee wine and lychee juice. Its main function is to separate skins from pulp of fresh lychees which have been stemmed, cleaned and sterilized under the squeezing of silicone rollers. Working principle: Lychees get into skin peeling device from hopper.The skins are teared under the action of presser belt and a pair of silicone rollers.Then the skins fall into conveying equipment.The smooth pulp of lychees gets into aggregating tank for the process of next. Applied fields: This machine is used to pre-process lychee and longan for lychee juice and lychee wine as well as longan juice and longan wine. Feature: (1) This machine is easy to use,and the distance from presser belt to silicone rollers can be adjusted according to materials. (2) The effect of peeling is very good.The separation rate is beyond 99 percent. (3) The complete machine is made of 304 stainless steel apart from the actuator.It conforms to the manufacturing standards of food. (4) It is equipped with spiral conveying equipment which can be adjusted subject to clienta s site size. (5) There is a bucket to receive juice under the skins conveying equipment.So it can avoid waste. (6) The outlet of the aggregating tank can be custom designed.
