HEATCON High Density Cartridge Heaters is manufactured using the best materials and construction methods. Extensive Quality & Testing throughout the production process assures the continuous and superior performance of the heaters. The swaged assembly produces a highly compacted heater that will have the ability for maximum element life & uniform heat transfer. These heaters last up to 10 times longer than normal un-compacted cartridge heaters. Special Features: OUTER SHEATH:- INCOLY/INCONEL 600/SS 310/SS 321/SS316/BRASS.RESISTANCE WIRE:- NICHROME 80/20 PINS:- 100 % PURE NICKEL.INSULATION:MGOSEALING:CEMENT/SILICON/PTFE.LEAD WIRES:PTFE/SS BRAIDED/FIBRE GLASS INSULATED. HIGH DENSITY CARTRIDGE HEATERS Cartridge heater compacted by magnesium oxide offers high performance. With a maximum rating Wattage upto 70 Watts/Square inch & Temperature up to 750 degree centigrade on the sheath of the heater. Power distribution & Inbuilt Thermocouple options are available. Features: Standard Diameters :- 6.5,8,9.5,10,12.5,16,19,20,22,25mm.Tolerance in Diameter :- -0.05mm.Length :- 30mm-1500mm. Tolerance in Length :- 1.5%. Min Max Voltage :- 480V.
