Cylinder has 2-6 pcs electrodes ,the material of electrodes is stainless steel.When the humidifier operate,the electrodes with electricity. When the water inlet valve opens,the water level rises inside cylinder.The electrodes are submerged in the water,electric current produces among electrodes thanks to the water conductivity,and water temperature increases until boiling to generate sterile steam to generate sterile steam and humidifies the air. The whole process is controlled by the microcomputer .The heating power and steam capacity varies continuously in accordance with the input proportional signal,such as 0-10v,4-20mA Features:- Electrode Steam Humidification uses 32-bit CPU at the circuit board to reach th high reliability. The micro chip,which is embedded in the cylinder, monitors the cylinder's working status in real time. Electrode Steam Humidification has the RS485 communication port,which supports many networks,such as Modbus, etc MAX Series humidifier has the large screen LCD displayer. Multi-level menu settings ensure the high security. Humidifier can choose switch type or proportion of analog type operation. When there is no water in the humidifying cylinder, the system will identify stop heating, it is very safe.
