Conventionally, the pressure cooker have been used for making food only. However, the innovator has modified the normal cooker and made it into an expresso coffee making machine. Cooker has been modified with simple attachment of copper pipe along with pressure releasing valve in the lid. Water is heated for formulating steam over the stove. Once the steam is formed it is released with sufficient pressure , using the one way valve through the copper pipe and collected in jar containing mixture of coffee powder, milk and sugar. After allowing sufficient steam into the jar, in few minutes, frothy , tasty coffee gets ready
