This machine is suitable for slicing tapes having larger OD upto 120 mm to 130 mm on 76 mm ID cores and width upto 1600 mm This machine can also be used for standard tapes on standard 38 mm ID cores. This is a fully PLC based machine and all parameters like No. of reels, cutting width can be set on PLC. Since cutting is by hydropneumatic action cut finish is excellent. Blades are driven only when they are out of the log bars for uniform coolant application. This is specifically suitable for surface protection tapes and masking tapes besides standard PVC tapes.
