RBMS (Remote battery monitoring solution) is simply Battery Monitoring, keeping a check on the key operational parameters during charging and discharging such as voltages and currents. The monitoring circuits would normally provide inputs to protection devices which would generate alarms when the battery load or charger parameters become out of limits. Unique Features: High Accuracy of 0.2mV Data transfer to the remote server through GSM SD card data logging for battery status analysis Logging the Battery History: Monitoring and storing the battery's history to estimate the State of Health of the battery. Data are logged in a SD card which can be later moved to PC or Laptop. We can plot graph from the data obtained to analyze the battery. Remotely Monitoring the Status: Over-crossing of the battery preset parameters causes alarm signal. These remotely monitored alarms are sent to a centralized system through GSM. This alarm can also be escalated to the mobile number which is configurable from the PC application. GSM Module:. Quad band supported. Supports both SMS and GPRS(default Class 10) mode. Communicates with MCU through AT command with UART as interface. Monitoring Unit: Voltage sensing and Current sensing. Surge, Open and Short Circuit detection. Battery parameters data logging.
