Product Overview
AquaFit is trading a wide range of Aquafit Water Filterations systems in Bengaluru standardized on the basis of specific velocities for each type of filter. Filters are available with single 5-way valve operation & multiple valve operation with auto and manual mode depending on the flow rate & the application. Filters are available in MS (painted), FRP & HDPE construction. Types of Filters Pressure Sand Filter Activated Carbon Iron removal Filters PRESSURE SAND FILTER The principal media in these filters is filtered sand. Other supporting media include pebbles of various sizes and silex. The filters are widely appreciated for their reliable performance and efficiency ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER The activated carbon filters we manufacture are widely used to remove colour, odour and excess chlorine present in the raw water. The principal media in these filters is activated carbon. Other supporting media include pebbles of various sizes and silex. The activated carbon is a highly porous media. This property of carbon allows it to absorb the free chlorine in raw water. Also organic matter present in colloidal form is adsorbed in these pores. Thus odour Emanating from raw water on account of these colloids is reduced
