This is a pressure system that the storage cylinder and the heat pipe are closed mechanically. Although there are some vacuum tubes broken, the whole system cam still work normally. And it has a very good anti freezing performance. The heat pipe won't be frozen at the temperature 10degree below zero. And the liquid in it will remain liquid state. This series Integrated Pressurized Solar Water Heater uses good quality of borosilicate glass vacuum tubes, with selective coating AL-N/AL as collector, which the heat efficiency is very high, the about the cylinder, the inner is 1.5mm 304 2B food grade stainless steel, it is welded by argon arc protecting welding. Which is very durable, high density of polyurethane poam keep the heat in the cylinder in good condition. Each cylinder will be tested before deliver out of the factory. Its tested pressure is 1.2MPA (12bar). And the operation pressure is 0.6MPA (6bar). The daily efficiency is equals to or more than 55% than standard type solar water heater in summer time, and equals to or more than 42% than standard type solar water heater in winter time.
