We are interested in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of Solar Water Heater in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. that are connected together; water tank on the top and evacuated tube collector on the bottom. As water in the vacuum tubes is heated, it rises naturally into the tank, while cool water in the tank flows down to the bottom of the vacuum tubes, causing circulation in the system. Solar water heaters can move water or a heat-transfer fluid through the system without pumps. Our water heaters are simple and safe solution for household, industrial and other commercial use. There are two types of solar water heating systems, based on type of circulation. 1. Thermosyphon 2. Forced flow Thermosyphon:- The system works on a principle called THERMOSYPHON (Natural circulation).Due to density difference between the cold & hot Water, the lighter hot water flows up into the tank and the heavier cold water enters the collector. Forced Flow: In forced circulation systems, two pumps in tandem are used for circulation of water between collector bank & system insulated tank. The pump operation is controlled by OTC (Differential Temperature Controller), which is fitted Inside the Control panel.
